Each item on Shivani Publications contains shipping information associated with that item. This information tells you how quickly items are expected to be ready to leave our warehouses. Please note that this information does not indicate when items will arrive at their final destination -it indicates only when items are expected to be packed and ready to leave our warehouse.

The time frame to ship an item, when the merchandise is available at our local warehouses is 2-3 business days.

After shipment of your order, our standard delivery time is 8-10 business days but it does not mean that, then your order would be delivered in this standard time, it may vary due to pandemic, lockdown, strikes, riots, any other unavoidable circumstances, public and government holidays and any other issues. We are not responsible for any compensation and damages due to delayed delivery of your order.

 

If any order is not processed because of wrong or insufficient information & address provided by the recipient then we are not responsible for that.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the delivery/courier/carrier agency to deliver your order. No queries regarding these issues would be entertained and we would not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order.
